I want to buy something from this guy, he has no REAL pictures of it, but SAYS its brand new in the box, etc... does this mean i cant pay through paypal, then get my money back if i get my item not descibed the way he listed it?

Id assume it means something to the effect of the seller posted the auction in another language then ebay converted it to english. Then they say they cant be held responsible for anything they may have got wrong. Got a link to the auction?

Actually, no...

I just went back to search again, to find a link... and its gone, there were 3 of them, all gone...

It was for a cell phone that came out a few days ago, over in china and all that crap.. so i guess thats what it was...

If the guy says its new, in box.. and i get it, and its not new or used, will i still get m cash back from paypal if i claim it wasnt as described?

I think what you quoted in the first post of this thread was just ebay's disclaimer that THEY do not guarantee accuracy of the description of the item. That doesn't mean he could have screwed you and paypal wouldn't have done anything. Remember, ebay and paypal are seperate entities.
