WTB/WTT : Headunit or Amp.

I'm looking for either a headunit to buy, or an amp to trade for my amp plus some cash. I have $120 max to spend on a headunit. Nothing fancy, just looking for a headunit that will play CDs and has more than 1 preout. Or, I am looking to trade my amp, a P5002, and $50 for an amp that will do 700-800WRMS into either 4 or 1 ohms. My amp is rated at 125WRMS x 2 into 4, 250WRMS x 2 into 2, and 500WRMS x 1 into 4. It's underrated, and pushes about 600WRMS x 1 into 4 ohms. LMK What you got.
