WTB: Subwoofer/Amp for cheap

I have around $200 to spend on a woofer (w/ enclosure) and amp that can power it. I would actually prefer a single woofer but would accept any deal on a pair. No real limitations as far as RMS goes, but I would like it to be over 250w or 500w.

Looking for SQ equipment rather than SPL, but will take all offers.

really no more than $150 or so. i dont want to not get quality equipment but money is tight.
