I got a new car a 2000 ford mustang GT I want to do a SQ set up I know JL is main steam that there is better stuff for the money but I wanna do main steam system anyways

Im looking to buy a W7 I havnt decided what yet im thinking 3 10s or 2 12s or also 1 13.5, let me know what you guys got for sale, willing to do something besides JL as long as its a SQ sub

Also looking for a 1k amp, really looking for a slash but let me know what you guys got!

Your system will be worth more than your car if you go with JL. I strongly recommend otherwise

But as far as amps, there's some 1k PPI amps and a Zapco 1100 for sale in the classifieds

MMATS is a great company that is dealer based (not online sales except old stock) so prices on new items are a bit higher then most online would want to pay for a new item. All though if you can snag some used they are typically very worth it.

I would look at SSA, FI, Obsidian Audio, or many other companies for subs though. You will likely get a bit more per dollar you spend from them since they are internet direct dealers. As for amps Audioque has a good sale on several amps right now do to name and logo change.

If you're going for any sort of loudness in your substage you'll want to upgrade other speakers in your car too.

And I thought about buying a mustang at one point. I'm just saying its pointless to put a $3000+ system in a $5000 or so car. I'd want to save that money towards a newer car and still have money for a nice system too.. Lol
