Yeah I know. We didnt have DMM so we had to play it by ear although we did keep it low but w/e. Yeah I was thinking about a MT

Playing it by hear with a sub is stupid... Not to be mean, just telling you the facts. It is virtually impossible to detect clipping with subsonic tones. A DMM will run you ~$20, buy one.

If you have the cash, go for the MT. Maybe a Brahma Extreme...

I agree, it was a stupid idea. I went to my local car audio store before we tried to set the gains to see if they had a DMM and they didnt even have one! So im thinking...how the **** did they set my gains before?! So w/e my boy came and we tried to set it by ear.
I was looking at the MT. Dont know much about the Brahma Extreme. Which one do you prefer if it was up to you?

Yeah...good luck finding a Brahma Extreme, they only came when there was a special request to Adire.

With that amount of power, you may be able to enjoy a Phoenix Gold Titanium Elite quite well. Heres an example of its action: http://www.realmofexcursion.com/videos/Phoenix%20Gold/elite12.1.wmv Just watch your gains on this, for the most part it can take the power though.

I would deffinitly take the MT over anything. I have always wanted to own one, they are just so sexy......

dd audio... 9500 series... will handle that 2500 watts all day..

i have a 15" i might be willing to part with .. coils read .9 ohm parallel.. which would be perfect for the 2500d.. as a matter of fact i'm probably going to buy the same amp if i keep it..

A Orion H2 should handle it thats at least what it says, i had a 10" h2 and it was real impressive

watch your gains = it might be iffy if it can take the power.

i reccommend a dd9515. them suckers take about anything you throw at it.
