WTB Sony Xplod(WTF?)

im looking for the red cone version of a sony xplod. the single 4 ohm, 5 sided one. i know, your prolly thinking WTF. why would he want an xplod? well my GF let me have the box i built for her, a sony xplod amp and her single 12" xplod. the box fits 2 12's, is 4 cubes tuned to 35hz(individual chambers) and i hooked it all up and songs like hypnotized or even get silly shake my dash with one xplod. so, i want a second one. it doesnt need to be new, but i would like it to be in decent condition. LMK what you guys got.

I seen a guy post decent scores with a sony xplode amp He was just doing it to prove a point to someone. Took a while because he had to get it just right to burp because the ohms were so low. He took his class with it.

Yeah, there's no doubt Sony has made some bad decisions with their styling cues and some of their stuff is total sh!t but if you have any knowledge of how to use audio gear you can easily spot the good stuff. Even if it's ugly, lol. I've got a few Sony amplifiers in particular that totally destroy my Zapco REF pieces. I sold my alot of my Zapco stuff because they sound that good. Single ended push-pull circuits with the ability to switch off the negative feedback loop. Stable to .5 ohm all day. Mind you, these are SQ amps. Not the type you would use to drive a D1 uber-woofer.

I can't get quotes I have to go to ups and have them check it... I just shipped my 45pound fi bl for 40$ so it can't be to much....

I have the older ones that are coned as you speak of....its sitting in my room for a few years now. you can have it free if you want to pay for shipping. Its in a box but i can ship them for free if you want them there like 200rms a peice.

There the old models they currently dont make them any more, they sound pretty decent.... Gave me alittle ear bleed when it hit some lows . . .
