WTB- Shop Space

Hey guys,

Im looking to find out anywhere you guys know of that would basically rent out space for me to set up shop (wood shop) because I am simply losing so much time (and $) by only being able to work with nice weather and during daylight.

Granted almost none of you live near me, but if you have ideas or know of places/people that would rent me out space to basically come+go as I please that I can make a simple monthly payment on that'd be great.

And Im looking for a space that's enclosed, with power, running water not necessary but it'd be nice, climate controlled isnt necessary but again it'd be nice...and around the size of (preferably a little bigger than) a one car garage.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated because I don't have any options for a place like this and I pretty much need one, my productivity would be greatly improved and I could work into the night.

around here there is alot, shit id rent u a room in our shop if u where close. look for mom and pop business' that deal with auto glass auto repair. most have a bay that they dont use. like we used to have.

Build yourself one. Get an addition onto your garage make it your workshop. Should be fairly easy. Raise the walls put on a roof cut out a door and bam. Ill PM you...along with the other business were doing lol.

storage unit is a nice suggestion they even got cooling in some and around here they advertise first 2months rent free haha

I don't know where you guys are getting that info from.

I work at a uhaul with self storage, people have trucks with sleeper cabs here and use their trucks to sleep in sometimes. we have tons of people using their units for whatever they would like. for example: garage bands, paving companies, landscaping companies.

you wouldn't be told to leave, but get a storage unit thats far in the back and no one will even care trust me
