WTB serious system

lol. well first off let me say this, I"ve run the ddz1 before, I ran a pair of z1's strapped at .5 ohm's on 4 dd9515's (f motor) in an old vehicle I used to run, I just wrecked the vehicle a few years ago, and parted out the system locally, You have no idea what my "skills" are so please don't assume that you do, I want the z1's because I'll be running a 14 volt system and I can utalize the power that the z1 can create at this voltage range, I really don't want to have to try and run a 16 volt system. This will be going in my daily driver. So, That being said, I really do want "real" input from you guys. Not faces etc. I don't go post dumping on your threads, please try and keep it to a min on my thread. Thats all I ask.
actually, you did. told me i was measuring my amp output wrong and then you were proved incorrect by many people.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

really plugtin how many amps can a single run of 1/0 gauge carry lets think about how efficient that amp would need to be..and the z2 makes its power at 14 volts and destroys the z1 you so did not run the setup you mentioned..

I just looked up all the threads you have started..........................and i stand by my previous post.

lol. well yes, I was incorrect in the measurement of your amp. And I admitted in being wrong, second it was because I was surprised that I commented in your thread, Not post dumped by saying things like its gonna be blown in a month etc. that has nothing but negative issues in it... I stand by what I say as well. I am real in everything I've done and will do. I haven't worked much with the z2, so, wasn't aware of the output and at what voltages,

also, I haven't worked with the stetsom amps, and was just curious how it was capable of running so much power out of a single power input. In all of the high output amps i've ever seen, they generally have 2 + power and ground stages. but I've seen good things from these amps from peoples reviews, as well as alan dante, so I don't doubt the amps, I just asked a question.

and if your not here to help give me ideas, or answer questions, or give me help, you can go choke on something, I don't need stupidity in this thread, just assistance and if your not capable of giving that help, then just be like every other person in this forum and just look at the thing and post nothing!

Run as much power as your budget will allow and without straining any link of the electrical. A weak link with a lot of power can cause big problems. Whatever you don't accomplish with power, get done with surface area and efficiency. That being said, with 2 H/O alts of unnamed amp rating, build, etc, I personally would not push them like crazy or overwork them. I'm sure you grasp all this, just making sure you don't get too caught up in a buying frenzy. (like i do //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif)

Plus 40-50 cubes and a large amount of power leaves a lot of room to get big results out of surface area, and the other factors of air displacement. Best of luck. Maybe Thor's DC Lvl "5" 10x2 setup will help with your research.

Should be a crazy daily.

yeah. well my truck is a 2005 dodge dakota, its the club cab. not true 4 door. the cabin has I believe 53 cubes of airspace net. so its not alot of cabin air to load. and i'll be porting thru the rear window. I'm thinking of doing something possibly like 4 btl 18's or maybe 6 bl 18's. I'd only need 6k rms for the 6 BL 18's. and could easily get away with doing a large battery bank, and only a decent h/o alt and not dbl alts.

Sounds fun. Pretty settled on the Fi's?
