WTB serious system

I'm going to be buying a serious system soon. I am looking for some big powerhouses, I want to run about 12K rms. I'll be looking to run anywhere from 4 18's to 8-10 15's. I'm going to be putting a bed cap, on the truck and doing a port thru the back window. I'll be doing a 4th order probably or 6th,, not sure yet as to which. But I'll be needing subs and amps as well as some batteries.

I'd love to throw 2 DDz1's in the truck. or maybe some sound digital's or stetsem's. Not sure exactly. I'd also like to run some of these subs: DD, Atomic, Sundown, Aq,

I have about 40 cubes maybe a little more. probably 50 max. so... what should I run with.

All this is an attempt to run about a 155+ on music. I'd like to be able to run a 160 sealed, but thats just a dream at this point. I'll be throwing one or two H/O alts, and I'll probably end up running 4+ kenitik hc3800's. with a 1800 under the hood, maybe a 2000 not sure if I can get it under the hood.

unless I can get something around the same power output for cheaper.

any and all pricing info on those amps say the sound digital 16kd or the stetsem 7kd, or 14kd, or the ddz1 or something along those lines.

one other question, could I take say 2 saz3000d's. strap them together, then take a second pair and strap them, and use a multilink to run all 4 amps together, say 2 strapped per (x4) 15's. in a 4th order using the maxlink to be a master gain module? or will I have problems doing something like that?

any advice on how to run multiple amps together, Considered running a total of (x8) audiopipe ap15001D's or something along those lines.

well the ddz1 isnt going to be giving you the 12k youre looking for. i know the sd16k is over 2 grand new. aq is coming out with a beastly amp that will be $1999 late march. you will need more then one alternator for sure. i would recommend atleast 2 if not 3.

actually im in letigation atm & will be "hopefully" finished with the case by the end of the month, at which time ill have around 30k. & im looking 2 drop about 10 k into my truck (6k On the system) so... ill have the $ by the end of the month. ALSO. this is a serious thread, I really will be buying a large setup very soon. and would like some help with info etc

lol. well first off let me say this, I"ve run the ddz1 before, I ran a pair of z1's strapped at .5 ohm's on 4 dd9515's (f motor) in an old vehicle I used to run, I just wrecked the vehicle a few years ago, and parted out the system locally, You have no idea what my "skills" are so please don't assume that you do, I want the z1's because I'll be running a 14 volt system and I can utalize the power that the z1 can create at this voltage range, I really don't want to have to try and run a 16 volt system. This will be going in my daily driver. So, That being said, I really do want "real" input from you guys. Not faces etc. I don't go post dumping on your threads, please try and keep it to a min on my thread. Thats all I ask.

aren't the z2lv's supposed to really be powerhouses at 16 volts as well? and the z1 destroys the z2 at a 14 volt system? or am I just thinking of the hv?

I love the look of the dc's. what are some prices on the 18's? because if I'm gonna run the lvl 5's. i'm just gonna run 4 18's. (don't want to have to try and run that much power in batteries etc...)

hey, I just looked up the stetsom 14k2, and on their site it only has one set of power and ground plugs.... is this a mistake? or does the amp actually only have one set of power and ground plugs?

I'd think that with 14000 watts of rms power that you would need more than a single 0 awg run to the amp. or I'd need to mount the amp as close to the batter bank as physically possible. lol.
