WTB : PG RSD 6.5" Mid

Yep, friend blew a mid on the RSD's I gave him.. Weird the mid went and not the tweeter, haha.

He tells me it blew. Tomorrow I'm checking it out and making sure, but he says it's still making noise just sounds kinda raspy and stuff. I'll look tomorrow and DMM that bad boy but in the mean time, lmk how much this is gonna cost. Will buy tomorrow at the latest.

I have refs on here, and 100% ebay feedback as a buyer.

ah gotcha..

i was under the impression the kicker ran full power at 4 ohm

Haha yeah the kicker stuff is 2ohm powah. Beastly efficiency though on these ZX amps and they run pretty cool //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

hmm

my zx runs very hot compared to what else ive run..

ive run a linked aq 2200 set and even after running em for quite some time they dont even get warm to the touch.. yet the zx gets toasty..

also ran one aq 2200 and it dont even get warm either..

Thanks for the post, PSL is great as I have some friends there and actually was just there a few days ago.. I'll ask my buddy tomorrow about these mids, he really wants to stick with the RSD's but idk

From what I understand, Class AB amps produce more heat then Class D amps. This would explain why the ZX multi-channels get hotter then your sub amps. Mine gets hot too, but not hotter then any other Class AB amp I've run before.

Actually, they're the same mids. The RSD set comes with different tweeters and xovers.
