I am thinking about it. I think all I will have in paypal after this guy buys my alarm is $170ish. Does it have a HDD or flash memory. I will be jogging and stuff, so I don't want excessive wear and tear on a spinning HDD.

^ I believe all zunes and ipods use a hard drive (except maybe the nano's?). They are made to take abuse though so that shouldn't be a problem. I know plenty of people that work out with them and haven't had any problems.

pretty much anything with 32g or less is flash. anything higher will be a hdd.

that being said there are some 30g hdd models out there. i *think* the only ones with 32g flash are the new itouch.

Find an ipod mini with a bad hard drive on ebay for cheap and replace the drive with a compact flash card.

Check newegg for the compact flash cards..

It's actually a very easy swap, and the battery life is amazing.
