i dont think he likes nendo lol
did they say why? did you try talking with john over at epicenter designs, i can talk to him if you wantDing ding ding! Crescendo *****. Dust cap is coming off one of my UN-10s and they won't do **** to warranty it..
My buddy had 3 Crescendo Symphony amps. All took a **** within 3 months.
I loved my Taramps DSP3000 but it was way to much power. Gain was at 8% I would just get the Taramps 1200x4 but the TS line protects at 15.1 volts. Thats why I sold my 800x4. My voltage is 15.2 every morning.
Nope. He brought them back to the shop and exchanged them and sold them. The shop we deal with has had multiple crescendos come back to them. Their customer service ***** and I'll never buy anything else from them. I still want a full refund on my UN-10s. I didn't pay all that money for them to start falling apart in a week.did they say why? did you try talking with john over at epicenter designs, i can talk to him if you want

I didn't get a replacement. They have ignored me and my dealer. I don't have working speakers. I can't play the one with the loose dust cap. It rattles so bad it sounds terrible. I'm not going to put glue on it because I'm trying to get them to warranty it.I would absolutely think their QC needs to be more thorough, but besides that it wouldn't bother me. They replaced it and its fine now, that's really all that matters. If they refused to replace it or tried telling you it was your fault when it clearly wasn't (uh tantric?) then I'd be upset. You have working speakers, that's the bottom line imo.
They should give you a working speaker then, I'm definitely on board with you there, I thought you had already gotten a replacement.I didn't get a replacement. They have ignored me and my dealer.
