WTB: Loud 12" sub

Need a single 12" for the trunk of my mustang for daily use. 50% rock, some metal with double drum 50% bass tracks and rap. I'd like decent SQ but still have people hear me come down the street.

Power: 800watts @ 2ohm or 1200 @ 1ohm

Funds: $200 shipped is highest I want to spend

I was thinking Fi Q, some sort of TC, RE, Konaki, or a frakenstein that you evil scientists put together (Looks great when you guys recone with different soft parts). Would these fit my needs?
