Depends on what you are wanting to use it for. The SX is MUCH nicer. Has built in eq, individual gain controls....REALLY GOOD CROSSOVERS!! The ZX is just a plain 4 channel amp. SX has lots of controls. They will put out around 900 rms instaed of 700
