I ve got a black 80gb 5th gen in almost perfect shape, has had screen protectors on it, and in a case before i even plugged it in, the only noticeable wear is on the click wheel. I m looking to upgrade to 160gb, make me an offer? If its good enough, I ll leave the 70gbs of music on it. I can get pics tomorrow if you re interested.

i'll be honest -- they go for about 165 shipped brand new, so i'm looking to spend anywhere from $100 + shipping - 125$ + shipping depending on condition.

as for music, no need i've got about 76gb of music right now (hence why i'm looking for an 80).

Any imperfections you see on anything other than the click wheel are either on the case or the screen protector. Like i said, I put the screen protector and the case on it before it was even powered up for the first time, and the only time it comes out of the case is to sync it on a dock about once a week.
