Sold WTB: Installation gear, needed ASAP!

I now have all the audio components (amps, subs, component system, headunit, etc.) I need for the Regal project, but I still need some installation gear...prices should be as good or better than those as shown in the example links (I have found these sources the cheapest)

What I need is the following:

100-150ft high quality white or black 14 or 16 awg speaker wire (example - like this wire)

4x 12 foot Black RCA Interconnects. Terminals should be silver or black in colour, cable itself should be black (white is ok too, but no colouful stuff). (example - like these interconnects)

1x 1/0awg Wire Coupler (example - like this one)

2x 1/0awg 5/16" Ring Terminals (example - like this one)

1x Positive Battery terminal with a 5/16" ring terminal connection point, or a 1/0 awg wire output. (example - like this one)

1x Negative Battery Terminal with a 5/16" ring terminal connection point, or a 1/0awg output. (like above)

2x 1/0 awg Positive Power Distribution T-Block (1x 1/0awg input. 2x 1/0awg outputs) (one for ground, one for positive) (example - like this one)

If you can help me out with any of this stuff, please let me know. I need it all by the beginning of June at the latest, as I will be starting installation then.
