I need:

*7' 1/0 gauge power wire or 2 gauge would do allright... preferably 1/0=BOUGHT

*1 4gauge input to 4gauge output distro block=BOUGHT!

*20-30 ' speaker wire=BOUGHT!

*15' remote turn on wire and =BOUGHT

*some wire loom... not much.

*RCA cable...=BOUGHT

Will I need to fuse it again before the speaker amp [either before amp or at the distro block] IF I already ahve an 120 amp fuse between the battery and my hifonics BXi1206D and my soon to be hooked up speaker amp???

no as long as theres a fuse between the battery and your amps SOMEWHERE your good. However if you change wire size, I.E. you have a distro block that is 1/0 gauge in and 4 gauge out, then it's a good idea to fuse it but if its 4 gauge in and 4 gauge out you shouldn't have a problem

Here are some pics...

I've got a 12' and a 16' strand of the 16ga wire.

And I was wrong about me fused distros.... I have a 4 ga in/4 ga out fuse block with the digital readout, and a 4 ga in/dual 4 ga out plain fused distro

The fuse blocks DO have covers, I just didn't have them on...
