yea theres one for about 350 in a thread here but im set on the jl. just because i can trust it because i hurd it. and if i ever wanta get another itl push at 1.5 ohms

yeah itll push 1.5 ohms no problem... but with the same 1000w of power, where as the kicker will do 1.5 ohms around 1800-2000w... and i would so much rather take a brand new kicker zx1500 than a used jl 1000/1 but thats just me.

find me a setup online with a video or pics or db numbers with a 12w7 or 13w7 with the kicker 1500 lol or something withe the kicker that will show me something because i need to see proof

btw... im not JL bashing, i personally love their amps a 300/2 would be my choice of amps for componants in my pickup if i could find one at a reasonable price, but my point is just that for my money i would rather have 1000w of power brand new from a reputable company that i can double up on later without buying another amp, than 1000w of power used from a reputable company that is the absolute max the amp will ever put out.

Do the Kicker and just watch your gain......

There are a ton of amps out there that are worth the 400-450 more than a USED 1000/1

I think those pdx's are super pimp. That would be my choice. They are very small and sleek looking......

You shouldn't have your voltage dropping to 11V anyways.......At least do the big3 before you throw an amp in there...

I have a friend that always wanted to have the biggest shit, but wouldn't learn the basics before he jumped to the big boi equipment. He installed a couple very LARGE amps and only ran 4ga power to both of them. He had to send a couple amps back before and of course blamed it on the company. BUT when I went to hear his last system not too long ago, his voltage was dropping under 10V when he was turning it up. I am surprised he didn't melt that 4ga.......

Like I said.....take your time, get it set up right and you should be happy with almost any amp that can do around 1000Wrms at around 2ohms........
