Unfortunately I live in Idaho now. I just haven't changed my profile. I actually went to the fi shop and picked up a pair of ssd 12's the day before I drove up here. I really wish I was back there right now. I had the great opportunity to meet Scott and Nick. They are some great guys. Scott is one of those guys that is a walking audio encyclopedia. He is extremely helpful and spent more time answering questions and building my "custom" subs than he probably made off of me. I am not kissing arse just letting others know that fi is an outstanding company.

I hear ya, I've talked to Scott on the phone a few times now.. He's one hell of a guy and customer service/support is top notch.

We had a little hiccup in a recone situation. Long story short, Scott refunded my money and gave me the recone for free! I told him I didn't want a refund, but he insisted.. That sounds like Scott. Too bad there is crappy people out their that ruin it for the rest of us. It was funny as I was talking to him he was telling about a recone that he was doing for free knowing that the kid ruined it. It is funny how consumers think that the maufactures dont know how they "blow" their items up.
