WTB: Home Audio Receiver

I would like to buy a home audio receiver. Budget is basically as cheap as I can get it. $100 or less. The only thing I ask for is 5.1 channels, and a TOSLINK input is A MUST so I can listen to my cable TV through it and not just DVDs. I have a sony 5.1 100x5 with 2 optical ins. Only thing is remote receiver is out. It is not the prettiest thing, but it works! $40 + actual shipping
