I am running an saz3500 sometimes at .5 ohm and an AQ 120.4 200ish amps maybe?

With that power you need at least 250 amps also do you want a direct bolt on or or a Chevy 1 wire that will need some washers behind the bottom mount and a 3" bracket which is easy to make

I'd prefer a direct bolt on so its as easy as possible

Ok but the alt may be expensive then. The Chevy option is actually not that hard to install. I had a 92. 4 runner and I had a 260 amp Chevy alt. it worked perfect. And it was fairly easy to install

How would i make a bracket? Would it be a direct plug in?

The bracket for mine was a 3" piece of steel. With holes drilled on both sides to allow the alt to tilt out a bit further. The plug is a 3 with swap. Which was also easy. We provide a diagram for wiring and the new plug to

Yes it was mine was a 260 amp and its $469 shipped in the states if I remember correct. But I'll recheck cost now
