Well, as much as this pain's me to say, how about the 40.1 you sold me? I took it out the box to inspect, thats pretty much it. Personal tragedy has struck my family, right after I bought most of what I needed. Things are very tight, and I need to free up a little more cash, loans only go so far with average credit. I had purchased the 40.1 and the RD5750. Now, it looks like I won't have either one. If shyt gets any worse, the Audiopulse Axis 12's are next. Not yet, but they're on the choppin' block.

With that said, I purchased the amp from you for $628 shipped and insured. If your friend is interested I can tape up the box, and send it back your way for $615 shipped and insured, payment thru paypal. Interested?
