WTB: double din touch screen unit

Looking for a double din DVD player that is touch screen, navigation is also something I would like. I am trying to keep it as cheap as possible, so no more than around 350. A Pioneer avhp4100 or something along those lines would be excellent. I also have a Pioneer AVIC-N1 I could throw in as trade, and a 32gb Ipod touch..
