WTB Custom MDF Rings

Well, I got completely screwed over with my last attempt to purchase these MDF rings, so here is my second attempt. As satated, I need MDF ring(s) to mount my sub. I need them to be a combined (stacked one on another, or a single 2" tall ring, or 2 1" tall rings, or whatever it takes to get there) 2" high, and I need them to be able to mount a sub with a cutout (inner circle diameter) of 14.125" and be a total of 15.625" (outer diameter). I essentially want a 1 1/2" wide ring, 2" tall. Can anybody make these, give me an estimate of how much it would cost to make and ship them to me? I'm in dire need. Thanks in advance!
