WTB: Cheap mono amp.

I just recently sold my amp to my cousins boyfriend. I now need a mono amp that is preferably 1 ohm stable, as much wattage as possible. Please let me know what you have, with specs and power ratings. I would like to spend no more than $150 but around 100 would be great.

I can get you some pics, it has a gash off the top sue to UPS... not sure if you need mint or not. I could sell for under $100 with shipping since it has the gash in it. It also comes with manual, and gain knob which is not included with all of the zed amps. Just pm me if you are interested.

Would that Zed do rated power? I was kinda hoping for a little more power than that but I could live with ~600 watts.

Yeah man, it all in the math. You make Memphis makes good amp. Its good 4 40 fuses. That 160. Multiply that by 14.4 saying you can keep that average voltage. Thats 2304. No amp is perfectly efficient. Class D are about 75%. multiply 2304 by 75% and you get 1728. It roughly does 1700 watts on a good day.

On top of that, you are talking maximum output at 14.4 volts. That's listening to a 60hzish tone at FULL tilt to see that power.

Music is dynamic, no one see's maximum power on a daily listener hardly ever.

I still say go with the zedaudio.
