WTB cheap 4 channel

need a cheap 4 channel for a friend he wants cheap but not cr ap. something like 75x4 (ish)

benchmark is the eD nine.4 (65x4 @12.5volts for $135)

~he has an eclipse amp, trying to get him to fix it rather than trash it.

I have a mint US made Diamond D6600.4 with box manual etc, but it would be a little more expensive... like $220 plus shipping and paypal fees
