Bump.

Just looking for a decent quality amp around 60-75x4 RMS at 4 ohms to put in the pontoon boat this spring. Want it to run 6x9s and Polk 6.5s I got on the amazon deal.

I have an SQA-1 so I'm partial to cadence but will entertain other similiar good quality budget amps.

You should probably ask for a marine amp...the water environment is harsh on regular amps even if they never come in contact with water...

I've been checking those out as well. Do they have the same internals as the DSC series? Specs sure are aweful close.

in the $100-$125 range unless I can score a SQA-4 for a deal. I got the SQA-1 in 2008 for $90 shipped during a Cadence deal. I should have picked up the sqa-4 at the same time for $75 IIRC.

I'm not going to go high end. Odds are high it gets damaged at some point.
