i have a jl e1800d amp that i have had laying around for a while now and never used. was given to me and my friend claimed it to be blown. i hooked it up to my car but only with an ipod as the source not my headunit. the amp turned on and was not in protect but i got no output from it to my sub (which was an old half blown pos) the amp could be working and has no visible burns or marks on the board and no smell. one of the set screws is also missing for the speaker outputs.

i would like to get $40 plus S/H

i have a jl audio a1400 that is in protect mode, my cd i was playing had a crack in it and i didnt know it when it skipped the amp went into protect. $150 shipped.

More than likely a toasted power supply. I'll have to think about it, not sure yet.
