hey guys i am looking to upgrade a little i have about $200 shipped to spend on subs. i would like something that has about (2 subs) 300 RMS or (1 sub) 600RMS @ 4 ohms

SQ75/SPL25

Thats why i would like to go with (2)shiva or 1 tempest. or (2) RE RE or (1) RE SE

Phoenix Gold Ti10

btw....RE Se would not be a choice for 600RMS @ 4ohms.....its a 4ohm DVC sub...thus a 2ohm load from the amp.

i have seen a few of the phoenix gold Ti but i havent heard them.... how do they rate?

Hmm....I like my TIs.....over 18mm xmax, they hit pretty **** hard for 10s. SEs are supposed to be some amazing sealed subs, but if your looking to port, Id take the Ti's over them.
