I have 3 sets of Daxx Reference Series RCA's available. The are one of the best available if you can find them they go for about $150 a pair. Ill sell them for $65 a pair plus shipping.

Friends don't let friend buy uber expensive RCAs for the car... as long as it's decently shielded, and has decent quality ends, I defile you to tell a difference...

With that, I say build your own... you can even make multiple runs in the same cable, depending on what you buy for bulk cable... If you get a shielded 6 conductor cable, you have 3 stereo pairs... Belden cable is a good source for cabling.. I'm sure there are plenty of others as well..
