hes not selling them. he wants to buy them. btw there are better subs than the MTX 9500 for the same $$$.

MTX subs are overdesigned and underengineered in my opinion.

Subs which are better (subjectively):

Adire Audio Brahma

Image Dynamics IDMAX

Resonant Engineering RE XXX

Treo

Incriminator Audio

Digital Designs

Although Im sure a head-to-head comparison would be more accurate, they still would reveal that the subs from these companies (that can be had for much less $$$$ - which is always an advantage) perform at least as good if not much better.

i doubt they perform any better. the brahma xxx and 9500 (mtx) are all about roughly equal in my opinion.

i've never heard IDMax or any other of the woofers you mentioned.

i wanted it becaused i already have one 15" mtx 9500 and want one more to match.

If you read my post I said subjectively, I think they are a better choice. If you havent heard the IDMAX, it gives me even more of a reason to disregard your last post.
