Sd3s? Or 2? Id go a single 12 with all that soace you have, save money on buying subs and put that into something else

How do I go about not using all 1800 watts if my subs are wired to 1ohm?

Your gain, its not a volume knob buy a digital multimeter and look up how to set gains with a dmm.

Not really, only thing that will change is the sub and box. That us amps, amp is a good buy if its 100% working. Alot of power. Buy the ofc amp kit for that
