WTB: Amp 80-150rms @4ohm

My fiance's roommate needs a amp to play a rockford p1s48. It needs to be 80-150rms@4ohm, can be a monoblock amp, 2 channel, or even a 4channel as long as the power is along those lines.

Her budget is $40 shipped firm. I know its not much but thats all she was willing to put into it. Offer up. Money is ready now
