WTB amp 500 watt rms

I am in the process of installing 2 alpine type s 10's in my GF's car..She doesnt want anything ridiculously loud or anything, just a little thump..I bought her a nice kenwood HU and the alpine type s subs already..now i need the amp to power them babies up..they are rated at 300 rms each, but i only want to put 500 watt rms to the pair..so now iam looking for the amp..something between 400-500 watts rms..and im looking at 100-150 to spend...

At what ohm? I have a Kenwood 2 ch that does around 400rms bridged @4 or 200 X 2 @2 ohms

Edit: I was wrong, a lil more powerful than I thought, heres specs

Rated Power Output (+B=14.4V):

o 180W x 2 @ 4ohm

o 260W x 2 @ 2 ohm

o 520W x 1 @ 4 ohm bridged

Are the subs D2 or D4? If D4 you can wire them up for a 4ohm final impeadance and my amp would work for you bridged

to be honest..i wouldnt dont know if they are d2 or d4..

look on the sub, it should say somewhere either "dual 4 ohm" or "dual 2 ohm" or on the subs seriel # it could end in d2 or d4
