WTB AMP 1000-1200 watts

Hello, Im looking for a amp. I need it to do 1000-1200 watts RMS in a 1 Ohm load. Wiring up 2 DVC 4ohm subs. Im not brand picky but no junk please.

Looking to spend 100-150 on a good used amp. I may go more depending on quality and condition. Thanks.

no, not all the lines are the same, some are made with better crossovers and components. It is their shockwave series produced in 2001 co made with patrick from zed audio. Its only 12 inches by 10 inches big with an 80 amp draw. Benched at 1448 for me. The better the components the better the sound quality, the z series amps have an 18 octave crossover while this has a 24 etc. Big difference, thats why their ia series which came out is more money then the zrs and on even at the same watts. You pay for what you get, you can get a new hifonics amp thats cheap but puts out shit sound and 200 amp draw. thats why the msrp on this amp was 1050 dollars back in 2001. plus its a cheater amp for compititions, only rated at 50 watts at 4ohm.
