Is the 9886 the same as the 7998 but with power built in ?

The 7998 is a dead head, what's the model # for the same unit other than it has power ?? it's the same with the **** face. Can anyone help??

The 9886 has built in amp. Also, with the imprint it allows you to go full active and have so many tuning options that is crazy. The tuning kit is cool! It's a mic that you connect to the imprint and a wire that goes from the imprint to a computer. You play music and the mic reads the music and it'll basically tune the HU to the right settings! You can adjust anything you want through the laptop too!
