WTB accessories for IVA-D105

Im looking for accessories for my Alpine IVA-D105 such as navigation, sirius add on, back up camera, the thing that lets me use my steering wheel controls, etc etc. Let me know if you have anything, pics/price/condition, and if you are accepting any trades. I have the alpine cable so I dont need that.
