WTB: 800+ RMS @ 1 or 4 ohm...budget

mike dressure was the one that knows, he is very knowledgeable with autoteks, lots of experiance with the pre-maxxonics stuff. I believe it to be true, and it is not 1 ohm stable. I know that for sure

Are you sure it is a mx 900.2 and not a sx 900x? most of the mean machines were black and this one carries the smae chrome chasis as the street machines.

edit maybe it is a black chrome but looks chrome from the flash.

The SX is rated lower than the MX. Ex:

MX:

RMS Power at 4 Ohms 250 W x 2

RMS Power at 2 Ohms 350 W x 2

SX:

2 x 175W @ 4 ohms

2 x 350W @ 2 ohms

and the SX is one ohm stable, the MX is not to my knowledge.

hmm I googled and seen that you had a yellow discharge from a cap....has that been fixed?
lmao googled? it was posted in the thread and the amplifier works fine, the discharge was band aided, not replaced but I will get them replaced both if sold at a reasonable price. I have plenty of references and am trusted by many members here, check the refs I have always been up front about all of my classifieds, note anything wrong, never had a negetive comment about me as a seller.

im looking for that as well...as found an Audiobahn A8002T bridged output is 800RMS @ 4ohms and def could be bought for less then 200 shipped
Don't compare audiobahn and pre-maxxonics Autotek........ two completely different worlds in build quality. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

correct. It blew because after MONTHS of some r-tard running it at 1 ohm. Mofsets died but they were all replaced. The capacitor that was leaky was not replaced just "fixed" but if sold at a reasonable price (pm me) I'll have them both replaced for you. I usually ship within 2 days of payment. Estimate of power at 4ohms bridged would range from 700-900 depending on the voltage. If compared to the XS-900.2 seems to have similar specs with same fuse rating but the MX (mine) is rated higher @ 4ohms. XS 900.2:

1 x 700W @ 4 ohms bridge (12V)

1 x 900W @ 2 ohms bridge (12V)

Thats @ 12 volts (When your car is off) and will give more power (topping 800) when the car is powered on. Thats for the XS and the MX is to have a bit more power as stated earlier in the thread.

MX:

RMS Power at 4 Ohms 250 W x 2

RMS Power at 2 Ohms 350 W x 2

SX:

2 x 175W @ 4 ohms

2 x 350W @ 2 ohms
