wtb 8" or 10" sub

finding a single 8 that will handle 500 rms narrows the list really small. i've only heard with my own ears, 1 8 inch sub with that power. jl8w7. i'm sure there are more, but not many.

box can be optimal np, enough space I could even probably get a 12 into and have him be happy, but I intentionally am going with a smaller sub for a better box

thanks for suggestions so far

i have cerwin vega 8's. 200 rms per sub. you'd reallistically need both of them to get any output though.

coils? and can you give me a price shipped on em to 95746? Its not a problem to use a pair of 8's, just figure I'll probably end up going with a nicer 8 than two cheaper ones for the same price

i don't want to misrepresent these things. i took them out of my truck because of a lack of output, and made them part of bookshelf speakers. they sound good, but aren't very loud at all. if you want them, i'd sell them both for 65$ plus shipping.

edit. dual 4 ohm coils.

Alright man, meh I think I'll pass

atm it looks like its between a 10" Dayton MkIII and an 8" RLi, and I can get the dayton a little cheaper

open to suggestion between the two if anyone wants to comment
