Just as the title says... Budget probably around 200-300 for both so I am not looking for any top of the line products.

i have a sundown sax 50.4 with around 18 months of the replacement warranty left and a brand new set of dd comps that will come with full warranty i could do for $315

Not really interested in a 4 channel amp (Even though it could be bridged). What size are those DD comps? I am really only interested in 6.5" and not 5.25"

they are the 6.5" comps..bridging would bring these dd comps to life trust me..
