What are you mainly going to use it for? First quad? You can EASILY find a warrior in that price range.

It is mainly going to be used for trail riding but I definitely want a fairly fast machine too. I am looking for something quick, 4x4 and automatic. Manuals are great but a pain in the *** to constantly shift on a trail. The only one I have found so far that meets all my wants is a Polaris Scrambler. I have heard bad things about Polaris though.
