I am looking for a really large 4 channel amp. I have been looking at the Cadence ZRS1004 and the Arc Audio KS300.4 but open to any other options you guys might have or recommend...

I need to run two speakers off it that run 200 RMS @ 4ohms and one speaker that bridged at 300RMS @ 4ohms. It will be going in a compartment underneath a seat in my boat so I am really looking for amps that are good at staying cool.

Just let me know what you have.

Thanks,

Chris

I've got an Arc Audio KAR 400.4 that I would sell for $185 shipped. This thing stays pretty cool as I had it installed while living in Arizona and it never missed a beat.

Specs:

Output power : 50x4@4 ohms, 100x4@2 ohms, and 200x2 4 ohms bridged

Transient distortion :

Frequency response: 20Hz-20Khz

S/N ratio(A wtg) : > 95dB

Bass boost : + 18dB @45Hz

Input sensitivity : 250mV - 2.5V

Crossover : 55Hz-5.5KHz variable 12dB

Fuse :

40A x1

Dimensions : 13" x 8.5" x 2.5"

This is perfect for your application I got a JL e6450 6 channel amp. does 75x6@4ohm or you can bridge channels

1-2 bridged you will get 250 @ 4ohm

3-4 bridged you will get 250 @ 4ohm

5-6 will do about 300 bridged since it is the sub channel

Good luck finding a 4ch amp with the specs you are looking for especially a class A\B amp. There isn't too many amps that are like that. Maybe try a Alpine PDX-4.150 or get 2 2ch amps

ANyways,

Soundstream Van Gogh 500.4 Class A/B Amp Engineered by Karl Cummings

125x4 @ 4ohms

250x4 @ 2ohms

500x2 @ 4ohms Bridged
