I can't do $120 but I have the Precision Power P900.4 active capable amp in stock.

edit: I can also do a Sedona S760.4 120W x 4 @ 4 Ohms, 190W x 4 @ 2 Ohms. It's a big one at 9.5" W x 2.375" H x 23" L

Unless you're looking used, it's going to be hard finding an amp with dedicated band-passable crossovers under 120. What frequency ranges are you intending to use on the bandpassing?

Haven't picked exact tweeters or speakers but 50-70 watts is all I have to work with. Exact frequency range is gonna depend on the speakers and tweeters.

I planned on buying used.
