WTB: 4 channel amp to run active

I am about to sell my MRP-F550... I want something to replace this. I was maybe thinking about the ZX650.4.....Im getti $175 for the alpine so I want to buy something with a little more headroom.

WHat you have? I dont really want any cheap stuff, but I dont want some very pricey shit either.

Xtant a2002 and matching a4004. Excellent 50x2 for tweets and 200x2 for mids. The a4004 is 50x4 bridging to 200x2. I don't need more than 50 watts on tweets.

This is what I need as far as power, but the amp looks like shit...just dont like the design.

Yeah I think I prefer the ZX look though. About the same price and puts out the same power.

Yeah that amp looks like my RD Audio amp. Silver with lines down the front....looks like a backyard amp... and I have seen some eclipse amps that look pretty good before!

Looks isnt everything, but it means SOMETHING. Especially if its over $150

Dunno but those ecl amps are very nice in person. And the performance is outstanding.

Why don't you just pick up a matching PDX 4.100 or 4.150? There have been a few floating around the Classifieds...just search. I was so surprised how tiny these amps are.
