i can't think of some off the top of my head but ALOT of subs use it, it a very proven motor

dd hand makes all of the motors, made here in the usa, so in terms of motor design, nothing to compare too, for 400, you could end up with a 9515 in any vc you want....

DD+aq= same company, jassa still designs the aq line, the motors are bigger, but they also have no cooling.

i just cant wait for the aq line of amps(it'll be awhile) and the other things they are doing to make both lines of woofers more user friendly

i hear that the 9515 can be pushed flawlessly with like 800Watts but take up to like 2000RMS daily,

when the 3515 can take up to like 1500watts daily,

so basicaly i hear the 9515 pushes alot easier with less wattage, so how can they be the same motor

no, each series is a dif. motor but each motor is hand made the 95 series uses the same motor for 10's, 12's and 15's, with 800 watts the DD will be loud but at the same time it will be laughing at you, i know ive burped dd at 4000 and had no problems, i just wouldnt drive around like that cuz thats retardedd loud, i prolly only but around 1000 to it for daily and it can hold more, i just like to hear that tick-tick followed by that bump, im getting to old for this
