WTB: 12" Sub

As the title says, im looking to buy a 12" sub as i am in the process of selling my 15" L7. I want a sub that can handle 1500 RMS from my t1500bdcp rockford. I prefer SPL that can get low with no problem. Im also looking for a sub that will be fine in a 2.5 - 3.0 cubes ported. If you have any recommendations, or a sub that meets those let me know. Im really not interested in used stuff as is not under warranty or heavily abused, but ill entertain offers.

@mclerico83; the bad thing is ive never heard of the BL15 or its maker and Ive heard of American Bass, just never seen one in person. My budget is about $300 because i have a local buyer whose taking my 15" L7 off my hands for $300 but now ill have to buy another box for whichever new sub i go with. That XFL looks nice, but again ive never seen one or heard one in person, so id be buying blindly in a way.

fi is an amazing brand and for 300 its prob your best bet. the owner of fi was one of the orig engineers for re audio. fi is their internet brand.

aa is their brick and mortar subs

they are amazing subs. the bl is a monster at 55 pounds. built to order as you can get different options and us machined motors where american bass your getting a sub entirely made in china. still the xfl is a nice sub but no where the monster of a bl or even the fi q.

the fi q is a little cheaper from fi but is more on getting low where the bl is more of a spl sub

these are much better subs vs anything you will get mainstream like kicker fosgat there subs have really gone down hill. the bl ould be my choice for 300

if you only have 300 to spend then your only choice is the xfl for 200 and a box built by
@double 07 ; best guy around and his prices are amazing. he has built and installed many xfl subs and mylows is an auth dealer giving a sick price.

thats if your 300 has to include box and sub

the only other option is @SPLaudio ; build you a custom made sub. amazing prices and amazing work. i personally use subs built by him. hand built
