You might try talking to wgsj_fortvalley, he sold me a couple of holders very cheap. They are the non-waterproof box style, like these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260285146394

I don't know if he has any left anyway, but if you're interested it might be worth checking.

And you can get good quality 1/0 ring terminals from him while you're at it.
