still lovin em. its definately not my loudest setup ever, but its only 2 10's, so im cool with it. the box is little too

well its done for now. i plan to purchase a new car in a few months. so for the meantime im just going to do some more deadening. it is pretty loud for 2 10's.

the new car is either going to be an 09 wrx hatch, or 09 mazdaspeed 3 hatch have no idea what the system will be.

all i decided on was doing polk momo comps in the front and using my zx2500.1 still. everything else is up in the air.

currently being powered by a bd1000.1 that im "borrowing" from best buy. waiting for my rd 3250.1v2 to come in.

yeah. im a big fan. as you could see, i used to have 2 10's, then i sold them because i wanted some 12's. got some re sx12's, then bought a omega 12..then bought 3 ixls. hopefully ill keep these for a long time

Although the WRX might be a bit faster stock, the mazdaspeed has the advantage of looks and inside. And plus, a simple CAI gains u about 25 hp to match the WRX, lol.

We all know thats not how it works.

After about 6 years of car audio the longest I've ever owned a setup for was 6 months. Most make it around 3-4 before I get the itch to try something different.

I'd stick with the rex man. New body style has the 2.5 in it. potential for a bit more power, and still a subi.

Why did you sell the IXL's?? That first box for 2 10's looks a hell of a lot bigger than 2 cubes.

the 04+ wrx's have 2.5's. so i got lucky. actually, i decided to keep this car. she got paid off a few months ago. i still have the itch for a new car, but it doesnt make ANY financial sense to get a new car, no matter how badly i want a hatch.

i sold the first 10's on here, i dont remember to who, but when i tried buying them back from the guy, he wouldnt budge //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif but the origional box was 1.6 ft after displacement i believe. it was very shallow.

the new one is 2.3 @ 36hz. i tuned a little higher because i mainly listen to metal. that was my only disappointment from the omega ive been using for a while, i lost some of the "upper kick" im used to.

no vids yet. i just dropped this box in yesterday, with the temp rockford amp. ill post videos when i get the new 3250.1. but for these guys running on like 800-900 watts right now, they certainly wang. about as loud as my omega on 2500 watts.
