WRX- $300-400 budget

my friend asked me to replace his front and rear speakers. he has a WRX (2003 i believe). according to crutchfield the fronts are 5 1/4" and the rears are 4" so obviously his choices are VERY limited. he said he has $300-400 to spend but may have nearly $1k if he doesnt end up buying some DVD unit he was talking about. he needs speakers, amp, wires, and all other installation accessories. i cant seem to find any 4" that can handle anymore than 35wrms so maybe hes just gonna have to settle for that. i bet it would be nice if he could get a 5-ch so hes has the option for a sub if he chooses to later. he DOES race and shit so weight is obviously an issue which i think is why he hasnt really bought any subs. so what do you guys think?

arc has coax 4"....i run them in my front channel on 75wrms:fyi:

and pg rsd 5.25" comps should work well
