and on top of that, they may still be turning a profit on them. I would buy some to sell as well. I learned even before stepping into the car audio realm that Sony does not make really good stereo equipment. But the name makes them money.

I'd never buy another Sony product again! I thought I was back in the day I was getting an awesome sony head unit b/c it was the ES line...i think the number was the C90. I bought it for like $1200, and 6 years later when the rubber volume deteriorated, I called sony, and they told me...your $h1t out of luck...we dont have that part anymore....WHAT?? after paying 1200 you cant fix it?

Sony..never again...even if they were giving it away free!!!
